We just love the latest trend for appetizer boards! What the folks on the Iberian Peninsula have enjoyed for years is now becoming trendy in the states—Tinned seafood—-and it’s tremendous! It’s not your run-of-the-mill canned tuna, but a lovely assortment of high-quality treasures from the sea. Mussels, mackerel, even octopus…spiced, smoked or sauced just right.
