Join us for this delicious, spring class, inspired by the flavors of a leisurely brunch, and perfect for any entertaining you might be doing this spring—from Easter to Mother’s Day—or a Ladies Luncheon!
We’ll begin with Quiche Lorraine, a rich, savory custard filled with smoky bacon and nutty gruyere, baked in a flaky pastry crust. This beloved recipe comes to us from the collection of our wonderful co-worker, Theresa, and we’re so excited to share it with you.
Alongside it, we’ll make crisp Garlic and Rosemary Palmiers—buttery, golden, and wonderfully aromatic. These easy, impressive pastries are perfect for entertaining and pair beautifully with the quiche.
To brighten the plate, we’ll toss together a fresh Spinach and Strawberry Salad with a creamy poppy seed dressing—a perfect balance of sweet, tangy, and savory.
For dessert, we’ll finish with Limoncello Tiramisu, served in elegant stemmed glasses. This sunny twist on the classic layers delicate ladyfingers with a luscious lemon mascarpone cream for a dessert that’s light, refreshing, and irresistible.
