Our theme to begin 2026 will be Paint the Year with Joy. There’s no better way to start than with some delicious food and a bit of creativity.

You’ll be greeted with a cocktail as this wonderful evening begins. We’ll be serving and teaching one of our very favorite dishes, an incredible savory tart, loaded with amazing flavors — bound to be on your make-again list! It will be accompanied by gorgeous citrus salad, pretty enough to frame! We’ll finish off the evening with a creamy vanilla bean custard, atop a pool of red raspberry coulis.

Abigail, of Abigail Leigh Designs, will walk you through painting four watercolor recipe cards. It doesn’t matter if you’ve ever picked up a paint brush before, come and paint for the joy of it! A creative outlet is a tremendous stress reliever — and folks from all different skill levels will be there.

Each guest will leave with recipes from our mini-class, the recipe cards they’ve created, and The Watercolor Feast—a beautiful hardcover book that will teach you how to paint all sorts of vegetables, with some serving suggestions featured throughout the book.

This would be a delightful way to start 2026—an evening with friends, learning something new, eating something fabulous, and celebrating the exciting possibilites that the blank palette of a new year brings!
